Who we are
SSD Design & Constructions is owned by partner's Sam Ozsoy (Director) and Sue Ozsoy (Managing Director).
Sam's carrier in the building industry commenced in 1993, using his knowledge and qualifications as a Trade Carpenter, Bricklayer, Concreter and Painter Sam developed and continued his passion in designing, developing and building homes.
Sue extensive knowledge in the building industry is rewarded by a 10 year history working in family owned successful building company as a contract/office manager together with a legal background to complement.
It is here where Sam and Sue evolved their passion by combining and utilising their skills and qualifications by forming a highly successful team of “SSD Design & Constructions Pty Ltd”.
With over 20 years experience in working in the building industry, SSD Design & Constructions Pty Ltd, is primarily involved in building new homes, unit developments, renovations and extensions.
SSD Design & Constructions Pty Ltd prides itself on providing quality designer homes that truly compliment all lifestyles, meeting customer satisfaction and personal commitment to quality and service to every project.
